Stephen A. Markey, III received his undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary's College (with honors) and his law degree from the University of Baltimore (with honors). He is an active member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City having served on the Executive Council, Chair of the Lawyer Referral and Information Service, Chair of the Sponsorship Committee and the Products Liability Committee. Mr. Markey is on the Board of Governors of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. In addtion, Mr. Markey is a member of the Harford County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Federal Trial Bar, the Supreme court of the United States, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Markey has lectured in the areas of handling automobile accident cases, handling medical malpractice cases, civil litigation involving allegations of sexual abuse and landlord/tenant law.

The firm's principal attorney, Bonnie L. Warnken, is a retired nurse from Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Professor Byron L. Warnken, Of Counsel to the firm, is a tenured law professor at the University of Baltimore where he has taught in the areas of criminal law, law enforcement issues and appellate practice. Gary May is a former Baltimore City Police Officer and the former chief counsel to Baltimore City's police commissioner. Gary's practice concentrates on law enforcement officer's rights and general litigation. Five additional attorneys handel various litigation corporate and personal injury matters.
