The Law Offices of Stephen A. Markey, III, P.C. began in 1990 with its offices located at 201 North Charles Street in Baltimore, Maryland.  As a general practice the firm landed matters involving personal injury, landlord/tenant, construction disputes, collections, corporate matters, and workers compensation cases.  In 1998 the firm opened its Harford County office.  By the late 1990's the firm began concentrating in the areas of serious personal injury cases, including automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and medical negligence matters.  During the last ten years the firm has also begun handling legal malpractice matters.  At the end of 2002, Amy Orsi (Formerly Kusk) joined the firm handling general practice matters including landlord/tenant, preparing wills and estate planning documents, incorporation and personal injury matters.  In 2009 Ms. Orsi became a partner in the firm.  In addition to her general practice, she also now handles medical and legal malpractice matters.

The Law Offices of Stephen A. Home, hospital or trauma center visits are available. In personal injury cases the client pays no fee or expenses unless a recovery is made.
